Many forums, Blogs, and other web services allow you to have images as part of your signature. twitsig.com allows you to display your current twitter status as an image.
To use, just reference http://twitsig.com/TwitterName.png where TwitterName is the twitter user you want to display.
For Example to display twitsig's news Twitter as part of a forum signature you might add:

I've had to move twitsig to it's own dedicated server. Twitsig currently has no significant source of income, so I am offering founding memberships. I am planning on keeping the basic functions of twitsig free. I am planning on adding more designs and the ability to customize colors, backgrounds, sizes, and timezones, but this customization will be a paid service (Planned $10/year).
By becoming a founding member for a one time payment now, you get the customization service free for the life of the site when (or if) it is implemented.
At the Silver and Gold levels, I will create your custom twitsig by hand. You supply a custom background, define the font size, colors, and timezone.
At the gold level, you will have your twitsig randomly used on the front page examples for one year, linked to your twitter account. If you use this for evil, or your posts are perpetualy inappropriate for general audiences, you will lose this benefit and revert to silver with no refund.
